Deliveries: Panels of Glass and Hardware

Think Frameless Glassworks can facilitate delivery within our delivery zones for under $200. This network of delivery zones cover Brisbane, Gold Coast, Dandenong South (East Melbourne), Derrimut (West Melbourne), Kilburn in Adelaide, Newcastle and Perth.

 

Given the weight of deliveries such as these (pool fence panels can weigh up to 70kg) we recommend this service to meet both the special handling requirements in shipping but also ease of unloading.

 

For our rural customers not in metro delivery areas, we can organise freight to local dispatch centres. We cannot deliver to residential properties unless you have a forklift on site, but most depot centres will assist you in forklifting your order (200kg+ securely palletised and/or crated) onto a flat bed or ute if need be. They are unlikely to allow you to unload each panel or hardware individually due to occupational health and safety reasons, so you will need to unpack your crate/pallet once you're home.

 

Note: All Sydney orders will be delivered to a Depot in or around Eastern Creek, NSW.

 

 

Small Hardware Orders: AusPost or Courier

Smaller hardware orders that only consist of up to 5kg can be sent through regular AusPost.

 

Some Courier companies can cater for up to 25kg, in these cases send us a courier request and we can assist you in arranging delivery. 

 

 

Freight Quote Requests:

Every single Think Frameless DIY Order is different. Different weights, different dimensions, different locations and therefore different shipping requirements. Based on these requirements, we need to source a freight quote for you to confirm before delivery. Unfortunately there's no standard freight fee like our other options.

 

Much like our courier based options, we ask that you send a list of your items through to info@thinkframeless.com.au so that we can expedite a quote to you for approval and get your product to you as soon as we can.

 

Once you approve your freight requirements and cost, we will forward you all consignment details immediately for any tracking that can be provided.

 

On arrival, present your consignment details along with personal identification to complete your pickup.

 

This process allows us to be as transparent as possible in getting your DIY products to you.
